Elevate Real Estate Services (Elevate), a Denver-based independent firm offering comprehensive management solutions, has secured nine new property management assignments totaling over 330,000 square feet of space.
The properties include seven office buildings, one retail center, and two industrial buildings.
- 7500 E. Arapahoe Rd. is a 38,867-square-foot office building with 31 units in Centennial.
- 7600 E. Arapahoe Rd. is a 38,525-square-foot office building with 38 units in Centennial.
- 6363 W. 120th Ave. is a 29,601-square-foot office building with 16 units in Broomfield.
- The Ponderosa at 14991 E. Hampden is a 38,794-square-foot office building with 16 units in Aurora.
- Lincoln Plaza at 8683 E. Lincoln Ave. is a 16,670-square-foot office building with eight units in Lone Tree.
- Parkway Plaza at 9088 S. Ridgeline Blvd. is a 19,779-square-foot office building with 10 units in Highlands Ranch.
- Plaza 3500 at 3500 N. Academy is a 51,132-square-foot retail and office property with 17 spaces in Colorado Springs.
- 1050 South Academy Blvd. is a 77,558-square-foot industrial building with 19 units in Colorado Springs.
- 4920-4970 Iris Street is a 22,933-square-foot industrial building with 11 units in Colorado Springs.

Prior to starting Elevate, Dan was managing partner at Unique Management Solutions, the commercial management arm of Unique Properties, overseeing a 1.5 million square foot portfolio. During the last 18 years in real estate asset management, he led the oversight of several large, complex portfolios — such as the Colorado State Land Board — winning the Denver Business Journal “Top Property Managers” Award six times. Prior to that, he helped build several technology companies such as eCollege.com and Nextel Communications. Dan started his career in marketing and project management at Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley.
