Daniel H. Meitus, MBA, RPA

Dan Meitus is President & CEO of Elevate Real Estate Services, a new, independent firm offering experience and excellence in property and asset management. Previously, Dan was Managing Partner at Unique Management Solutions, the commercial management arm of Unique Properties overseeing a 1.5 Million SF portfolio.

During the last 13 years in real estate asset management, Dan led the oversight of several large, complex portfolios, such as the Colorado State Land Board, winning the Denver Business Journal “Top Property Managers“ Award six times.. Prior to that, Dan helped build several high tech companies such as eCollege.com and Nextel Communications. Dan started his career in marketing and project management at Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley.

Dan is a BOMA RPA, Employing Commercial Broker and certified Community Association Manager (CAM). He earned a B.S. in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dan has served on the several Boards including the Metro Denver – Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Cherry Creek Arts Festival, The Wharton Club and ICF.

Vern Bowman is the Chief Engineer for Elevate. With more than thirty-five years of experience, he has overseen the technical operations and maintenance of commercial building portfolios ranging up to 2 million square feet. Knowledgeable in all building systems (HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, fire-safety, plumbing, roof, elevators, structural, landscaping, etc.), Vern ensures that the equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards. He is able to proactively recommend preventative maintenance and repairs to prolong the life of the equipment. With a positive “can do” attitude and accommodating style, Vern has earned a great reputation with his building owners and tenants. Furthermore, Vern has earned the respect of large teams of building engineers by demonstrating both leadership and integrity.

Brandon Allen is a results-driven accounting leader with deep expertise in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as the Controller at Elevate Real Estate Services. In this role, Brandon oversees all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions across a portfolio of office, industrial, and commercial HOA properties. He manages the financial operations of more than 50 property and corporate entities, driving accuracy, efficiency, and strategic support for Elevate’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Elevate, Brandon was a Property Accounting Manager at Sagard Real Estate Investors, where he oversaw financial operations for over $1.2 billion in assets under management across 42 commercial real estate projects. He led investor reporting, annual budgeting for $66M in NOI and $18M in capital additions, and year-end audits across multiple funds. Brandon also implemented new accounting standards, including ASC 842 and CECL, while streamlining the close process to improve operational efficiency.

Brandon began his career at Kraft CPAs in Nashville, where he built a strong foundation in audit, working across industries such as manufacturing, banking, and not-for-profits. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and ability to scale financial processes, Brandon brings a strategic mindset and hands-on experience to every role.

He holds a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Information Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Jack Heagen is an experienced property management professional, with 6 years working in the industry. He graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University with a double major in Telecommunications, as well as Communications and Culture. He began his career in Chicago, Illinois as a third-party property manager managing a portfolio of residential units for Fulton Grace Realty. After relocating to Virginia, he managed a 450,000 square foot portfolio of commercial condominium associations for CGR Commercial Management out of Dulles, Virginia. Jack holds his CMCA license as a Certified Manager of Community Associations through CAI. He is very excited to be joining the Colorado market!

Ben is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in property management. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise across various roles, from leasing agent to senior portfolio manager. Specializing in overseeing vibrant HOA communities within Denver and LoDo, Ben is known for his meticulous attention to detail, strong client relationships, and commitment to safety. He has a proven track record of success in budgeting, contract administration, and project management and brings a blend of professionalism and proficiency to every endeavor.

Gennessa Lopez Gennessa Lopez recently graduated from CU Boulder with a BBA & emphasis in Real Estate. Along with her knack for analytical thinking, she brings industry knowledge from a family background in residential and commercial real estate management. Her responsibilities include building project management, day-to-day vendor/tenant communications, and workflow optimization. She aims to be an excellent communicator, sharpen her technical skills, and creatively take Elevate’s operations to the next level.

Bryce Goodman is a commercial real estate professional with a multidisciplinary background in property management, investment analysis, and architecture. At Elevate, he helps manage the daily operations of properties across our portfolio, focusing on operations, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design (Architecture) from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is driven by thoughtful placemaking, long-term value creation, and a strong commitment to service.

Ellie Lapidus is our Business Operations Coordinator who brings over 8 years of coordinating and customer service experience to the team. Her background in commercial and residential real estate, as well as experience coordinating video productions and events, equips her with the skills to bring a creative and organized approach to optimizing Elevate’s business. Her responsibilities include; tenant services, engineering management, assistant property management, strategy and coordination of Elevate’s marketing, and workplace cultural development. Always stepping in to assist the team where needed, she provides a fluid bridge between all departments.

Anthony Bowman is the Building Engineer for the Equitable Building, a 173,000 SF commercial HOA building in the heart of downtown. Prior to joining the Elevate team he was a maintenance tech, with a focus on mechanical systems. Anthony has worked on multiple building systems and has overseen major building projects. With 8 years of experience working in residential, commercial and HOA property maintenance, he understands the complex needs of this historic building.

Charley Wren is a jack of all trades. He grew up in the Midwest and relocated to Colorado in 2013. For the last 15 years he’s obtained experience in highly technical medical equipment maintenance and repairs along with gaining experience as a Facilities Technical Manager, maintaining safety and facility repairs at a private clinic. He has exceptional attention to detail, methodical and logical thinking when it comes to projects, troubleshooting issues, and thinking outside the box. There isn’t anything I can’t learn or figure out.
