Daniel H. Meitus, MBA, RPA Dan Meitus is President & CEO of Elevate Real Estate Services, a new, independent firm offering experience and excellence in property and asset management. Previously, Dan was Managing Partner at Unique Management Solutions, the commercial management arm of Unique Properties overseeing a 1.5 Million SF portfolio. During the last 13 years in real estate asset management, Dan led the oversight of several large, complex portfolios, such as the Colorado State Land Board, winning the Denver Business Journal “Top Property Managers“ Award six times.. Prior to that, Dan helped build several high tech companies such as eCollege.com and Nextel Communications. Dan started his career in marketing and project management at Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley. Dan is a BOMA RPA, Employing Commercial Broker and certified Community Association Manager (CAM). He earned a B.S. in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dan has served on the several Boards including the Metro Denver – Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Cherry Creek Arts Festival, The Wharton Club and ICF.Biography

Director, Property ManagementAndrew Glaser is a dynamic real estate manager focused on high-powered communication, acute attention to detail, and a resilient attitude towards problem solving. He is experienced in commercial office, retail, industrial and flex property management, as well as construction management, and building acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to working at Elevate, Andrew managed a 700,000 square foot office portfolio for Rise Commercial Property Services, and an 800,000 square foot mixed asset portfolio located in the Southeast, CBD, and Lakewood sub-markets. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in German Language & Linguistics from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has his Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license and is currently working towards his RPA destination through BOMI. Andrew is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and German fluently.Biography
Vern Bowman
Chief EngineerVern Bowman is the Chief Engineer for Elevate. With more than thirty-five years of experience, he has overseen the technical operations and maintenance of commercial building portfolios ranging up to 2 million square feet. Knowledgeable in all building systems (HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, fire-safety, plumbing, roof, elevators, structural, landscaping, etc.), Vern ensures that the equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards. He is able to proactively recommend preventative maintenance and repairs to prolong the life of the equipment. With a positive “can do” attitude and accommodating style, Vern has earned a great reputation with his building owners and tenants. Furthermore, Vern has earned the respect of large teams of building engineers by demonstrating both leadership and integrity.Biography
David Tymitz
Property Accounting ManagerDavid Tymitz handles monthly financial reviews, budget preparations, and initiates owner distributions as our property accounting manager. He earned his BA and MBA at the University of Kentucky and Morehead State University and brings over ten years of practical accounting experience to the team. He worked previously in the family office industry, his last role servicing over 50 clients across the country.Biography
Christine Ellstrom
Property AccountantChristine Ellstrom is our on-site property accountant handling cash receipts, deposits and payables. She earned her BA at California State University at Stanislaus and brings with her nearly 20 years of staff accounting experience, including nearly 10 years in property management. She has worked previously with properties in Ohio, Texas and Washington DC in addition to Class AA buildings in the Denver Metro area.Biography
Max Merrick
AccountantMax Merrick is an accountant and assistant property manager and brings with him five years of accounting experience within the Real Estate, Education, and Investment industries. Prior to working in accounting, he served as an active member of the student body at Western Colorado University. In 2018, he was elected on to the Gunnison City Council where he was awarded both a Proclamation and a Resolution for Outstanding Service. Jack Heagen
Property ManagerJack Heagen is an experienced property management professional, with 6 years working in the industry. He graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University with a double major in Telecommunications, as well as Communications and Culture. He began his career in Chicago, Illinois as a third-party property manager managing a portfolio of residential units for Fulton Grace Realty. After relocating to Virginia, he managed a 450,000 square foot portfolio of commercial condominium associations for CGR Commercial Management out of Dulles, Virginia. Tenant Services CoordinatorEllie Lapidus is our Tenant Services Coordinator and brings 6 years of coordinating and customer service experience to the team. Previously, she worked for a property management team assisting with building maintenance and design projects, overseeing vendor and work orders, and handling account and communication needs between the team and tenants.
Her background in commercial and residential real estate, and experience coordinating video productions and events equips her with the skills to bring a creative and organized approach to optimizing tenant services. Prior to joining the Elevate team he was a maintenance tech, with a focus on mechanical systems. Anthony has worked on multiple building systems and has overseen major building projects. Jeff Stetson
Maintenance & EngineeringJeff Stetson brings with him over ten years of experience in maintenance and engineering specialties at companies including CBRE, The Finger Companies, and AMLI Residential. His experiences range from managing maintenance for a large 387-unit luxury apartment complex, to being responsible for maintaining and operating large systems for refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and fire suppression. Jeff will bring his extensive technical skillset to our maintenance team and will be able to support all of our buildings and property managers.Biography
